Requirements
The student in Magnetic Resonance Imaging must have completed an approved program in radiography, radiation oncology or nuclear medicine technology. The student must be registered or registry eligible by the appropriate certification agency. Applicants must have maintained a “C” average in past program courses in the discipline of certification.
Occupational Objectives
The student is eligible to apply to take the national Registry examination leading to advanced certification as a Registered Technologist in MR by the ARRT.聽 Program courses satisfy The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists’ Structured Education Requirements for post-primary certification and registration.
