2. Apply to the Radiation Oncology Program.

Apply to the Radiation Oncology Program by completing a 2025 Radiation Oncology Application online.

After going to the link, a Dynamic Forms account will have to be created before filling out the application. This is done by selecting “Create New Account” in the bottom left corner of the sign in screen. After submitting the account information, an activation e-mail will be sent to the corresponding email address with an activation link provided. The link will take you to the ROC application. If the link fails to directly open an application, reselect the link above to automatically take you there.

Please be prepared to submit documentation of any healthcare certification or licensure when you submit the application. However, you can save a draft of the application to return to at a later time and upload the healthcare certification/licensure and submit the application. .

Once you have logged in with the account information that was created in the previous step, you will need to go to “My Forms” (upper right of screen) then “Pending / Draft Forms” (under the drop down to “My Forms”) to see the saved form. Then you will need to select “Action” (to right of the application you want to continue) and “Complete Form”. Once you have completed the application and all the required fields, you can then submit the application.

We encourage you to submit the application as early as possible so that we can begin the initial process for our Radiation Oncology program. Our office is unable to access a “saved” application as we only have access to the application once you submit the application. All communication regarding the process letter that verifies prerequisite courses completed, support classes completed, and GPA will be sent to the email associated with your SIS account. In the spring semester, the letter informing qualified applicants of the interview process and finally, status letters for fall, will be sent using your email account in Navigate or your email in SIS. Please be aware of the email account associated with your Navigate platform and turn on your notifications in Navigate.

3. Obtain your transcripts.

Have all official sealed transcripts (high school and college) and a copy of your GED scores (if applicable) to submit in your application packet. We strongly suggest applicants request transcripts be sent to the applicant’s mailing address, so you are fully aware of whether your request is filled and all material can be placed by you in one larger envelope for submission. Remember, do not open any envelope which contains a transcript, they are no longer “official” to us when you open them. If any school’s policy prevents them from issuing “official” transcripts directly to you, please request they be sent addressed directly to Pam Woody at the address above. Please do not request transcripts from 分分六合彩, NVCC, or any other community college in Virginia (only exception). If you graduated from a foreign high school, you may complete and submit this form (PDF) to Pam Woody at 分分六合彩.

College graduates must still provide their official HS transcript. Transcripts are also required from any hospital-based Radiologic Professions program of study attended. You must provide an official transcript from each institution attended/attempted, even though courses may appear on a subsequent school’s transcript as accepted “transfer”. We must still receive the original institution’s transcript. Foreign university transcripts must be evaluated by an approved organization (such as WES) and sent to Pam Woody at 分分六合彩 from the organization before transfer credit can be determined. You should receive the Radiation Oncology pre-admission advising form letter after your complete academic file is reviewed by one of the Health Professions Pre-Admission Advisors (usually within 3-4 weeks if received from May-December; From January – March, there will be a delay due to other Health Program deadlines). Please note: you need to have an active 分分六合彩 application and your plan of study needs to be CSC: Introduction to Radiation Oncology prior to submission of transcripts. The communication will originate from the online Radiation Oncology application to the email provided when you submitted your 分分六合彩 application or the email associated with registering for a class at a Virginia Community College.
